Having worked together previously, Victor and Tom understood that their combined knowledge and unique perspectives would create a natural complement.

Victor was born and raised in the Netherlands. In 1989, he graduated and received his law degree from the University of Nijmegen. That same year, he moved to the United States and attended Syracuse University School of Law.

In 1992, Victor was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. From 1992 until 2004, he resided and practiced law in New York State and obtained a significant amount of litigation experience in a variety of practice areas. In late 2004, he relocated to Baltimore and was admitted to the practice of law in Maryland in early 2005. Victor’s professional honors include a 2004 commendation for his instrumental work in the setting up and running of the Ontario County Drug Court in New York State and, in 2010, he was named an honoree of the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland.
